Tim is an avid amateur brass musician in the Tampa, FL area. He plays a lot of instruments, and a lot of genres:

- Trombones (2 tenors w/o triggers, 2 bass with F triggers)
- Euphonium (Jean-Bapiste 4-value compensating)
- Baritones (American-style w/detachable bell, & British-style Eastman, both 3 value)
- Tubas (Besson 700 series, and Yamaha YEB-321, both 4-valve, NON-compenating)
